All my life, I have been surrounded by professional photographers and have developed certain expectations regarding quality of work. More times than not, I have been a little disappointed by what I have received from professionals paid to cover weddings, sporting events, and formal gatherings.
What a pleasant surprise it was to see what Life to Lens has to offer. John Dixon’s eye and attention to detail has been impressive, without fail. He has been capturing arts council celebrations for several years and has a way of “hiding in plain sight” while snapping hundreds of images. He makes mundane conferences and meetings look lively and classy, and he flawlessly captures the elegance of formal occasions. Always pleasant, enthusiastic and supportive, John and his staff are a joy to work with. They keep an eye on trends and technology and have treated our events as if they were their own.
